Customer Responsibility

  

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please be sure your address and contact information is accurate before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address once an order has been submitted. If your order was shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse. If we reship your order you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. 

 If a delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement or additional package. Please check for missing packages with the carrier, file a claim if necessary with the carrier prior to contacting us. If your order has not arrived and tracking hasn't been updated for 15 days or more, please contact USPS to file a claim and reach out to us at Support@hairaffairgrowthoil.com to provide us with your claim information that we can file a claim send a replacement to you.
